How information is used in the trade store, and where to ask for help.

Applications and accounts

The application form collects your company and contact details, along with the optional trade information you provide. These details are used to review the application and contact you about your account. Signed-in accounts store team membership, permissions and account settings.

Shopping and fulfilment

The store saves carts, quotes, orders, projects and support requests so you can manage purchases. Delivery addresses and contact details are used for fulfilment. When you choose a payment or courier service, the information needed for that service is sent to the relevant provider.

Signing in

A session cookie keeps you signed in. If you choose an external sign-in provider, that provider is involved in authenticating your account.

Questions about your information

Contact the trade desk to ask about information held for your account, corrections, deletion requests, retention periods or service providers. Include your company and account email; do not send passwords or authentication codes.
