Trade terms and ordering

Check the terms that apply to your company and purchase before placing an order.

Your trade account

Access to trade pricing requires an approved account. Your company owner controls team permissions and may require approval for orders above the company’s order threshold.

Prices and delivery

The store labels prices excluding VAT and shows VAT in the checkout total. Courier delivery requires an address and a selected delivery rate; collection is a separate option. Items marked “Price on request” need a quote before they can be ordered.

Confirm your purchase terms

Full contractual trade terms are not currently published on this site. Before ordering, ask the trade desk for the terms applicable to your account, including payment arrangements, availability, dispatch, delivery, cancellations and returns. Keep the written terms and quote with your order records.
